Camera interface types: There are several types:

• M$-format floppy disk: Some of these just put (lossy) JPEG (.jpg) files on the floppy.
• SCSI: Uncommon (based on a Usenet comment). See note for "Serial port".
• Parallel port: See note for "Serial port".
• Serial port. I'll have to refer you to the links below or a DejaNews search of Linux newsgroups for "camera".
